Returns Policy:

Ergotron has always been focused on creating high-quality products to make your home or office a more enjoyable and ergonomic workspace. We pride ourselves on this, which is why we offer a hassle-free returns process if you are dissatisfied with your new Ergotron purchase. This Returns Policy (including damaged items), as more fully described below, is applicable only to those customers who purchase directly from Ergotron’s online store located at https://store.ergotron.com. This return right is not available to any customer who does not purchase directly from Ergotron.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take the following steps:

  • - Contact us via email ([email protected]) within 30 days of delivery to return your item(s) (“Return Period”). During this Return Period, our Customer Service team will respond with authorization and instructions for returning your item(s). Please include your Order ID and reason for your return for documentation purposes.

  • - For a full refund, the product needs to be in resalable condition. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price. Typically, any approved refund will show up on your credit/debit card within three (3) business days after the refund is issued.

  • - Any shipping fees paid by you, including expedited services or services to the non-contiguous U.S., are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

While we try to ensure that your product arrives in mint condition, there is always a chance for damage to occur. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:

  • - Contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery to report a claim that your purchased item is damaged.

  • - To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures of the damage and attach them to your initial email. This will help us file the investigation immediately.

  • - Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials, which includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags.

Depending on the nature of the damages, we will either email you a shipping label to return the damaged product or the shipping service may deem a pick-up inspection necessary. In the latter case, we will provide instructions to prepare for the shipping company pick-up and return to sender.

Non-Contiguous U.S. Locations: We are unable to pre-pay for return shipping from non-domestic US territories, but please retain any receipt for return postage paid (for damaged/defective items) and we will reimburse the shipping costs through PayPal.

Defective Items

We test our products to ensure that you’re getting the highest quality standing desks and accessories out there, but mistakes do occasionally happen. If you discover that your product(s) is defective, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt.

If we confirm a defective item, we will issue a return shipping label to send the defective product back.

  • We don’t offer exchanges for custom items or other items or different variations of the same item.
  • If you prefer a full refund, we may issue the full refund upon receipt and verification of your return. Please note that you’ll need to ship all original parts and packaging to receive the full refund.
