If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 844-431-1977 within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so we can ensure proper tracking of your return.
After receiving your RMA request, we’ll send an email that includes RMA instructions regarding how and where to ship your returned item(s). Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. Please check your spam folder for the RMA email if you don’t see it within one business day.

Ergotron will pay for return shipping for customers in the contiguous United States (excludes HI and AK)
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. Refunds are typically reflected on your account within four weeks of Ergotron’s receipt of your return.
To claim an item as damaged, you must contact Ergotron within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). Please take the following steps:

Take pictures and retain all original packaging and materials. This includes the shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags
Depending on the damage, we will either email you a return shipping label or send you a replacement item with a shipping label for the damaged item(s) to be sent back. Ship your item(s) back with the shipping label we provide you with
If we determine that the item(s) isn’t damaged, you may be held responsible for additional shipping costs.
To claim an item as defective, you must contact Ergotron within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Depending on the nature of the return, we will either email you a return shipping label or send you a replacement item with a shipping label for the defective item(s) to be sent back. Once you receive these, ship your item(s) back with the shipping label we provide you with.
You will not be held responsible for the shipping fees to return a defective item(s) back to us. If you opt for a replacement, we will replace the item free of charge. If you don’t want your item to be replaced, you’ll be asked to ship the defective item(s) back. Upon receipt of the defective item(s), including the original parts and packaging, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that all defective items must have the tags attached.
